The web site version of the report uses a Java applet to navigate the various sections. You'll see this in the top left corner of your screen. This may take up to a minute to download, but will likely load in 15 seconds or less depending on your connection speed and computer configuration.

If you choose to download the entire document for offline viewing, you will need to decompress the file with a program such as WinZip. Click here to download WinZip if you don't have it or a similar program that can handle .zip files. The .zip file is 46MB in size and will take a long time to download if you don't have a broadband connection. To speed your download and resume if you disconnect you may first download and install Download Express from Meta Products.
